RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

We want you to love every product which you buy from us and take great care in delivering your products. To make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible, We request you to please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.. The return and exchange policy for our products are clearly mentioned on the product page. 

Please refer the below Return and Exchange Polices:

 1. Purchase made from Sale/Deals/Product combo sale/Promotional Offers/discount code/prepaid discount or Any Customisation are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. The product combo sale, Deal discounted, Clearance Sale, Buy one Get one Free and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

All Lehenga's and Sarees are not eligible for return or any exchange. We generally keep the Margins in blouse which can be easily customise for your size. Please call us or message us before placing the order if there is any concern.

 2. RETURN POLICY : Since we work on the Made on Order Policy so we do not provide return/refund in any circumstances. we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures/videos before ordering. Quality or defect concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY : Size Exchange Only

Note: Only One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

At Asheera we have 7 days size exchange policy, it gives you an option to exchange the item for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size within 7 days of receipt of the item.

     

    GUIDELINES FOR A VALID EXCHANGE 

    At Asheera we have 7 days exchange policy, However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

     

    1. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
    2. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
    3. Only Size exchange is allowed  (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product ).
    4. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

    We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

     

    When Return/Exchange is not accepted?

    1. Exchange/Return not accepted due to color Difference. 10-20% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
    2. Exchange/Return are not accepted if Customer does not like the material ,work or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order. Fabric names indicate the style or weave of the material and may include blends such as polyester or mixed fibers.

     

    TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT TO ASHEERA, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

     

    To raise an exchange request please drop us an email on info@asheera.in or whatsapp on +91 8979886865 and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.

    We will create your exchange request in our system and our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

    FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

    We make only one attempt to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the first attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed and no exchange will be accepted after the attempt. For more details, please call our customer care no.:+9189798 86865

    Non-Serviceable Pin codes: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product to our provided address using a reputable courier.
    • For Exchange/Personal Preference: The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
    • For Defective/Wrong Products: Asheera will reimburse your shipping costs (up to a maximum of ₹100-150) upon receipt of a valid courier invoice and verification of the defect.
    Transit Responsibility: Please ensure the product is securely packed. For self-shipped returns, we recommend using trackable services and sharing the AWB and POD immediately. Asheera is not liable for loss or damage during transit for self-shipped items, unless the return is due to a product defect.

    4. CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Please Note - Prepaid Orders can not be cancelled at any circumstances.

    Only COD orders can be cancelled with in 6hrs after placing the order.

    You cannot cancel the order once it’s dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@asheera.in before order dispatch from Monday to Friday between 11 AM- 5 PM.

    Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

    5. REFUND:

    In any circumstance there will be no cancellation and refund once the outfit sold.

    If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the amount excluding any shipping charges as store credits which you need to use with in 90 days.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

    Currently, we do not offer exchanges/returns for orders from outside India.

    In any circumstance there will be no cancellation and refund once the outfit sold.
