REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
No COD SHOW after confirmation Cancellation :
As per our company policy to stop the fraudulent orders, We will cancel the COD orders which didn't succeed at the time of delivery before.
You cannot cancel the order once it’s dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@asheera.in with in 6 hrs from Monday to Friday between 11 AM- 5 PM.
Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Asheera and accept Asheera’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund:
Once the order is received successfully by the customer, there will be no refund on the order.
Only Store credit will be provided excluding shipping charges in case of the Lost and Damage or undelivered Product.
Refund is applicable only on LOST/DAMAGE Product or Undelivered Products. Please read the return the Exchange policy for more clarity.
Make sure you are using Store Credit with in the validity period which is 90 Days from the date of issue.
Once exchange/Damage Outfit Return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE:
The time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank. We initiate refund using the normal bank procedure so your patience is appreciated.
