SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Currently we are providing shipping inside India is free of cost.

https://www.asheera.in/ is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via our trusted third party courier agencies.

Timelines: As we work on made on order policy, it takes us 8-14 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic orders . There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.

Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Process: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

Made on Order or Handcrafted Outfits - minimum 15-20 days business days.

International Shipping:

  • Worldwide shipping: Currently we are shipping only limited number of countries(Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States ). You can check the shipping eligibility in your city/country at the time of the order checkout.

  • Charges: For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged as per the kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout. orders under INR 10,000 (approx. USD 100) are charged minimum INR 1900 (approx. USD 20) and the shipping price will increase subsequently with the order weight and value. Orders above INR 50,000 are shipped free. 

  • Tax and duties: Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. The customs and duties  can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

    If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

  • Payment: For orders outside India, Please use emerchantpay payment option at the checkout. Currently we accept only limited number of cards which is provided by our payment gateway.Please note we only offer prepaid payment options for international customers.
  • Domestic Customer Payments: For orders with in India , Please use razorpay for prepaids orders.
  • COD is available only for Indian customer with up to 5K order value.

Return and Exchange

DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

We want you to love every product which you buy from us and take great care in delivering your products. To make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible, We request you to please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. The return and exchange policy for our products are clearly mentioned on the product page. 

Please refer the below Return and Exchange Polices:

 1. Purchase made from Sale Section/Deals/Product combo sale/ Any Customisation are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. The product combo sale, Deal discounted, Clearance Sale, Buy one Get one Free and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

 2. RETURN POLICY : Since we work on the Made on Order Policy so we do not provide return/refund in any circumstances. we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures/videos before ordering. 3. EXCHANGE POLICY : Size Exchange Only

Note: Only One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

At Asheera we have 7 days size exchange policy, it gives you an option to exchange the item for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size within 7 days of receipt of the item.

    GUIDELINES FOR A VALID EXCHANGE 

    At Asheera we have 7 days exchange policy, However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

    1. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
    2. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
    3. Only Size exchange is allowed  (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product ).
    4. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

    We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

    When Return/Exchange is not accepted?

    1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10-15% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
    2. Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order. 

    TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT TO ASHEERA, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

    To raise an exchange request please drop us an email on info@asheera.in or whatsapp on +91 8979886865 and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.

    We will create your exchange request in our system and our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

    FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

    We make only one attempt to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the first attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed and no exchange will be accepted after the attempt. For more details, please call our customer care no.:+9189798 86865

    4. CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Please Note - Prepaid Orders can not be cancelled at any circumstances.

    Only COD orders can be cancelled with in 6hrs after placing the order.

    You cannot cancel the order once it’s dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@asheera.in before order dispatch from Monday to Friday between 11 AM- 5 PM.

    Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

    5. REFUND:

    In any circumstance there will be no cancellation and refund once the outfit sold.

    If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the amount excluding any shipping charges as store credits which you need to use with in 90 days. 

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

    Currently, we do not offer exchanges/returns for orders from outside India.

    In any circumstance there will be no cancellation and refund once the outfit sold.

    This product solely belongs to Asheera and only authorised sellers or re-sellers can sell this product on any ecommerce portal.In the Process of Natural-dyed colours, they might bleed during the first few washes or rub against the skin & other light-coloured garments. In the artful process of hand block-printing, Gota Patti Work, embroidery work and stitching, variations are likely to come into existence. These irregularities are the hallmark of all handmade products and give each style a unique identity.There might be minor colour variation between actual product and image shown on screen due to lighting on the photography. Colours tend to be perceived differently depending on factors such as shot angles, lighting, background tones and colour temperatures. As a result, prints and colours may vary. 

    COD Payment Process:
    Please note we have the limit for Cash On Delivery which is maximum Rs.5000 INR. (**Selected Pin codes in India only**). There is COD Verification process to prevent the fraudulent. All Customers are required to adhere the process. In the Verification process either you will get the WhatsApp-message/Phone Call for the confirmation.
